Our mental health awareness program is designed to break the stigma surrounding mental health while equipping youth with tools to manage stress, build resilience, and improve emotional well-being.

We offer workshops and counseling sessions led by mental health professionals who provide guidance on topics such as stress management, self-esteem, emotional intelligence, and coping mechanisms. These sessions empower participants to recognize and address their mental health challenges in a supportive environment.

Additionally, JAF promotes mindfulness and wellness practices, integrating activities such as meditation, breathing exercises, and group discussions into our programs. By fostering open conversations about mental health, we aim to create a culture where seeking help is encouraged, and young individuals are supported in their journey toward mental wellness.
